Tom brings diversified executive experience from multiple industries. including working at Good Shepherd Health System where he was involved in regulatory compliance, grant formation in Austin, and was instrumental in the merger and acquisition coordination of Good Shepherd with Christus.  Prior to his healthcare experience, he was in the publishing business for 35 years in many different roles, most recently as the Publisher of the Longview News Journal.

Tom is responsible for managing the activities and performance between our ACO partners within the clinically integrated network as well as our post-acute network partners. Tom also is the Administrator for PrimeCare Home Health.

Tom earned a bachelor’s of science degree from East Texas State University and an MBA from Texas A&M-Commerce. Tom is originally from Dallas but has lived in Upshur County for many years where he raises cattle and enjoys country living.
