Primecare is composed of multiple independent medical groups, large and small covering a diverse region in northeast texas and sourthern arkansas. The Primecare network is predominately primary care but features most other services including general surgery, orthopedics, cardiology vascular, pulmonology, urology and gastroenterology specialties as well as integrated lab, imaging, DME and other ancillary components.

Primecare is a clinically integrated vertical services network, extending its reach into the home and long-term care facilities. Primecare’s home health, hospice and clinic based rehabilitation services allows Primecare to manage the full longitudnal range of care management and preventative programs to coordinate preventative maintenance and monitoring of high risk beneficiaries.
