Designation : Executive Vice President Population Health / Medical Group Operations

For the last 25 years, James has served in various healthcare roles as a founder, leader and corporate executive within multibillion dollar multinational companies as well as developing startups, to include clinically integrated networks within occupational, primary, and multispecialty settings.

At Primecare, James serves as the Chief Administrator of the Phynet Medical Group and plays a key strategic development role integrating our network of waiver exempt ancillary services into the ACO fabric. James also serves as the Director of the Care Management Division of Primecare responsible for Transitional, Chronic Care and Home Based Care Oversight.

James attended Stephen F Austin University obtaining a degree in Pre-Law. James is a native Texan. He enjoys time with his family and tending to the diverse needs of his ranch.
